Ljóðasamkeppni Hinsegin daga 2026 // Reykjavík Pride 2026 Poetry Competition

Reykjavík Pride is calling for entries to its ever-popular poetry competition! In recent years, remarkable poets have shown their works and garnered well-deserved attention. Everyone is encouraged to participate, whether they are professional poets or newcomers.

The panel of judges will receive the poems anonymously. Poems in any language are accepted but we can not guarantee that the judges understand them all.

Send your best poems to the email address huslestrar@gmail.com by July 27th. The results will be announced at Hýrir Húslestrar on August 6th.
